We enjoyed our time at Richard and Kevin’s apartment. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm, clean, and inviting . A welcoming place to return to after long day of exploring the city. The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The separate suite was a wonderful bonus, giving everyone privacy and space. Richard and Kevin’s detailed guidebook was clearly written, easy to follow, and filled with helpful information and photos. It helped to make check-in seamless and stress-free. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to Taipei Main Station, Q Square Mall, and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. Getting around the city was easy with such convenient access to public transportation. Richard and Kevin were excellent hosts. They're kind, responsive, and professional. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to our family and friends. Thank you both for making our visit so enjoyable.

We enjoyed our 3-week stay at Richard and Kevin's apartment this summer. We appreciate the detailed check-in instructions with pictures. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family of 3. The separate unit was ideal when my mom stayed with us for three nights. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies, but we didn't use it because there were many nearby local coffee shops and restaurants. Q Square Mall and Taipei Main Station were walking distance and offered variety of food courts and restaurants (make sure you make reservations in advance during weekends). The washer and dryer were great for our extended stay. Richard and Kevin were professional and responsive to any questions we had, and we did not encounter any issues during our stay. We would happily stay here again or explore other listings from Richard and Kevin in the future.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The location was perfect - right next to the MTR station, Taipei 101, and local eateries. Convenience stores and grocery stores were also close by. The best part? I accidentally left a pair of new shoes at the airport, but the management team went above and beyond to help me out. They arranged a courier to pick it up and drop it off at a friend’s place. I really appreciate their kindness and assistance. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!

Great location which is very convenient and quiet. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to someone who wish to have an enjoyable stay in Taipei.

This is a wonderful place for us as a big family stay together. That place is very convenient with food and transportation. I just can say perfect for me everything. Also thanks to second respond every time I need help.

Great location. We traveled with a baby and the place had all the essentials such as high chair, baby bathtub, playpen, etc. Location was very convenient, close to mrt, restaurants, stores.

This apartment was so much bigger than we expected which allowed our family of five (three teenagers/young adult children) to have their own room and space. Plenty of closet and shelves to store our clothes. We also really appreciated how every room including the little work den off the master bedroom had its own air conditioner. Even with the units off, the apartment stayed a comfortable temperature. Richard and team gave us great instructions with photos and details to check in and we greatly appreciated their willingness to tailor our check in and check out to our flight arrival and departure times. A small issue with the master shower head was very quickly fixed early the next morning. They provided great recommendations for sites and restaurants and were helpful when I needed to buy a swim suit for my husband. We also really appreciated having both a washer and dryer in the unit. This was very helpful for our two week stay and allowed us to pack less—more room for souvenirs!

What a wonderful stay. Great location and walkable to convenient stores like 7-11 and Family Mart if you ever need anything. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to get to the redline. Restaurants are also within close proximity to this place. Did I mention the LiJiang Night Market was about a 10 minutes walk also. My family had a comfortable stay here. Very attentive to what guest needed as they were well prepared with umbrellas, flipflops to use indoors and toothbrushes and combs if you forgot yours. Having a washer and dryer was definitely nice as we used it often. I can't thank them enough for inviting us into their home! I can't wait to come back.

Great stay for my elderly relatives visiting. Something to keep in mind for other elderly guests, they found the check in process to be inconvenient and a bit confusing since the key needs to be retrieved on another street nearby in a lockbox. The space was clean, had an elevator and great location. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. They would recommend this place to others visiting Taipei. Thank you for the stay!
