• Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received payment for the accommodation AND security deposit of 10,000NTD/350USD within 48 hours, or the booking may be cancelled due to incompleteness. • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. Disturbing the neighbors is strictly forbidden. Written complaints may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay. • Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the unit, in the building’s public areas, or the community’s public areas. Being caught smoking may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay. • Only the exact number/identity of guests that booked for may enter the unit for any reason. Any guests that will be entering the unit will need to be added to the reservation, and therefore, charged as an additional person in the entire reservation. No other guests may enter, even to use the bathroom. Violation of this may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay. • Check-in: The standard check-in time is after 4PM. Please book the night before your check-in if you would like to guarantee an early check-in. Otherwise, we will let you know the day before your check-in if a complimentary early check-in is available. We can arrange for you to store your luggage at the unit up to 3 hours before your check-in time. Kindly note that we reserve the right to revert to the standard check-in time in case of schedule changes. • Check-out: The standard check-out time is Noon. Please book the night of your check-out if you would like to guarantee a late check-out. Otherwise, we will let you know the day before your check-out if a complimentary late check-out is available. We can arrange for you to store your luggage at the unit up to 3 hours after your check-out time.
