• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. Disturbing the neighbors is strictly forbidden. Written complaints may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay. • Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the unit, in the building’s public areas, or the community’s public areas. Being caught smoking may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay. • Only the exact number/identity of guests that booked for may enter the unit for any reason. Any guests that will be entering the unit will need to be added to the reservation, and therefore, charged as an additional person in the entire reservation. No other guests may enter, even to use the bathroom. Violation of this may result in a claim up to the full amount of your security deposit and/or cancellation of the remainder of your stay. • Check-in: The standard check-in time is after 3PM. Please book the night before your check-in if you would like to guarantee an early check-in. Otherwise, we will let you know the day before your check-in if a complimentary early check-in is available. We can arrange for you to store your luggage at the unit up to 2 hours before your check-in time. Kindly note that we reserve the right to revert to the standard check-in time in case of schedule changes. • Check-out: The standard check-out time is Noon. Please book the night of your check-out if you would like to guarantee a late check-out. Otherwise, we will let you know the day before your check-out if a complimentary late check-out is available. We can arrange for you to store your luggage at the unit up to 2 hours after your check-out time. Kindly note that we reserve the right to revert to the standard check-in time in case of schedule changes. • We do not accept bookings that begin or end on December 25, December 31, January 1, or January 21. • Must answer all of these questions upon booking: 1) Could you tell me a little more about you and the people in your party: 2) What you plan to do while in Taipei: 3) The time, date and flight number of your flight in, or requested check-in time if you have no corresponding flight: 4) The time, date and flight number of your flight out, or requested check-out time if you have no corresponding flight: 5) Email address for your Guidebook: • We do not allow instant bookings for filming/photography, if the person booking is not staying here, if we do not receive answers for our initial booking message, or if your profile picture is not clear and/or does not match the person booking. • Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate but additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for separately, please inquire our team for prices and additional information. We will not be responsible for any claims for missing Mona Lisas, Van Goghs, or cash.
