We stayed in this beautiful unit from Jan 7–12 and it truly felt like a “second home” in Taipei. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the MRT and bus stations, with so many restaurants and cafes nearby and a night market. The space was warm, cozy, and clearly set up with care. Everything we needed was already there, from complete amenities to toiletries, so we really only had to bring our clothes. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and stress-free, which made the stay even more comfortable. We felt very at home here and would happily stay again on our next trip to Taipei.

Richard’s place was amazing. I rented this place for my in-laws and it was super convenient with access to coffee shops, so much food and public transportation. The condo was clean, had all the basics. You could tell a lot of care went into thinking about his guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This apartment was great. Located very close to train station/MRT. Loved the local feel with alley ways of shopping and delicious food. The en-suite was perfect for a family or parents to stay with is own privacy. Richard was very helpful. We really enjoyed it stay.

Our family of 5 adults had a great stay. The unit was updated, spacious, located centrally and only a few blocks from the Taipei main station. Richard was quick to respond with my questions and the instructions/housebook were very detailed on the operations of the apartment. The kitchen had everything needed which we didn't fully utilize as there were so many good and cheap food options nearby and a convenience store across the street for cold drinks and packaged snacks. The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus as we could quickly get ready every morning. I hope Richard's apartment is available the next time we visit Taipei!

Wonderful accommodation, perfect for traveling with big groups! It was such a lovely experience for our family and the host was very accommodating and helpful. As a first time traveler to Taiwan, this accommodation was perfect for us and included such comprehensive instructions to help us settle in and get around the area. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for about a week with a family of 5. The location and set up of this place is perfect for family with kids. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but extremely walkable to everything you need as first time visitor to Taipei - restaurants, breakfast places, metro, convince stores, night market, and Taipei 101! At the same time it’s not a place full of tourists so the local experience is immersive. We can’t really ask for more. Highlights of the place we value the most: *It’s on ground floor with a private entrance not shared with anyone else, so very friendly to luggage loading. *It has a washer and a dryer that can handle laundry of 3-4 days for our family without any issues. The dryer is quite powerful that a 90-min cycle can get things done easily. Quite a rare find outside US/Canada. *A perfect balance of walkability to a main metro station + a large night market, and staying away from too many tourists. We took Uber everyday and average wait is less than 10min.

Comfortable stay, easy check-in. Richard & Kevin are also helpful and responsive. The property is so close to Taipei Main station and is connected to the mall QSquare (near Starbucks), and thus easily connected to all the major train lines if you are travelling out of Taipei. 10/10 would recommend.

Convenient, clean and comfortable stay. It immediately felt like home and had everything we needed (towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, plates/utensils). The location is extremely convenient for visiting everything in Taipei and has convenience stores all about. Richard was very accommodating and responsive

Thank you for the lovely place, felt right at home and made our stay in Taipei all the more pleasant. It was clean and convenient, connected to a mall and the main station is right across the road. 7-11s right outside, few breakfast places in the vicinity.

The bed is so soft and the kitchen is clean. All needed stuffs are just right there. And service is perfect. Thank you . Should have more mirrors in other rooms. 😅
